Insurance
We are a participating provider of Delta Dental and Blue
Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. For all other insurances, we will fill out
and submit all the paper work for you. Reimbursement of the covered procedures
under your specific plan will be sent directly to you. Our fees for services
are the same for each patient whether or not he or she has dental insurance.
Payment is due at the time of the service unless other arrangements have been
made. For your convenience we accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, or personal checks. It is important to remember that you are responsible for understanding
the benefits derived under your policy. Our staff will be happy to help you
as best they can.
Our office believes that ideal treatment and results are based on a mutual understanding
of your child’s planned treatment and the financial obligations associated
with the plan. We will discuss and review treatment plans and procedures
prior to subsequent scheduled visits and again at each visit. We can provide
estimates to your insurance company if necessary.
